As part of a broader initiative to enhance ACOG’s digital experience, and in alignment with publishing best practices, ACOG is streamlining access to our clinical guidance.
Beginning August 2026, ACOG’s full library of clinical guidance documents will be available exclusively through Obstetrics & Gynecology (the Green Journal), ACOG’s flagship peer-reviewed journal, and via our members-only app. Because of this change, the ACOG Clinical subscription is no longer available for purchase or renewal.
ACOG members will continue to have seamless access to all clinical guidance. No separate subscription is required because access to Obstetrics & Gynecology is included as a member benefit.
