The Rutgers Health - Monmouth Medical Center Department of OBGYN is posting a PGY4 position that will become available July 1, 2026. Eligible applicants must be in good academic and professional standing at an ACGME accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology Categorical Residency Program and must have successfully completed three years (36 months) of training by June 30th, 2026.

Please submit the following in a single PDF:

• Cover letter including reason for leaving your current program and interest in continuing your training at Monmouth Medical Center
• Current CV
• Copy of medical school diploma
• ERAS application (personal statement and MSPE must be included)
• USMLE Step 1& 2 scores, Step 3 score or COMLEX equivalent
• CREOG scores for PGY-1, 2 & 3 year
• Up to date ACGME Case Logs
• FLS or EMIGS certification if available
• ACLS & BLS Certifications
• A letter from your Program Director that includes the following:
  • Verification of all rotations completed to date
  • Statement of your standing in the program
  • Summative competency-based performance evaluation
  • Willingness to release you from your current training contract & to communicate with MMC's program director
• Most recent ACGME Milestone evaluation
• Most recent semi-annual summary
• A letter of recommendation from an attending physician in your current program
